Regina Gwynn is the co-founder of Black Women Talk Tech, the largest collective of Black women tech entrepreneurs in the world, and CEO of TresseNoire, the first on-demand on-location beauty booking app for women of color. Under her leadership, BWTT has grown to support over 5,000 women of color tech entrepreneurs and hosts the Roadmap to Billions conference, now the largest convening of Black women tech entrepreneurs and technologists in the world. Regina co-leads business strategy and strategic partnership development and has attracted major sponsors including Walmart Connect and SheaMoisture. A Kellogg MBA and Rutgers University marketing graduate, she has also served as VC-in-Residence at Pipeline Angels, Scout at Ada Ventures, and on the boards of BRAG and Rising Tide Capital.
