Topic: Community Care: Building Support Systems That Sustain High-Impact Lives
High-impact lives demand high-quality support. Entrepreneurs, community leaders, educators, advocates, and caregivers are often so focused on sustaining their work and their communities that they neglect to build the personal and collective support systems that allow them to sustain themselves. The result is burnout, isolation, and the slow erosion of the very people the community depends on most. This session brings a licensed mental health professional to the conversation to break down what community care actually looks like, how to build support systems that are intentional and durable, and how to give yourself permission to be held while you are holding everyone else.
